As a QA/QC Manager, I shall be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of quality assurance and quality
Control. Will effectively implemented and maintain in accordance with Clint’s standards,
project specifications, and ISO-based Quality Management Systems (QMS). Responsibilities included but
will not limited to:
• Implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) on the project site to ensure
compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
• Supervising and directing QC operations and teams, ensuring adherence to the Inspection and Test Plans
(ITPs), project specifications, and client requirements.
• Reviewing and approving third-party submittals, including materials testing reports and
concrete/asphalt mix designs, in alignment with Aramco standards.
• Planning and conducting internal quality audits, managing external audits, and ensuring timely closure
of NCRs and implementation of CAPAs.
• Leading kickoff meetings and quality coordination meetings with stakeholders to communicate quality
objectives and expectations.
• Preparing and submitting Monthly Quality Management Reports, Investigation Reports, and Root Cause
Analyses for PQI deviations.
• Ensuring quality compliance during all phases of construction, including site inspections, testing,
documentation, and close-out.
• Coordinating with SAPID, SAPMT, and other client representatives to resolve field quality issues and
maintain project compliance.
• Facilitating quality-related training for staff and site personnel, enhancing awareness and adherence to
QA/QC procedures.
• Monitoring batch plants and third-party laboratories for conformance with project quality requirements.
• Ensuring effective implementation of quality plans and immediate resolution of nonconformities and
quality concerns.
