ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES•
Supervise daily civil, structural, finishing, and infrastructure construction activities as per approved drawings and project requirements. • Plan and allocate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to achieve daily and weekly construction targets. • Supervise excavation, foundations, reinforcement, formwork, concrete, slabs, columns, beams, walls, and other civil works. • Supervise steel structure erection, including columns, beams, bracing, platforms, stairs, bolting, and welding activities. • Coordinate setting-out, levels, elevations, dimensions, and alignment of construction works with the survey team. • Supervise blockwork, plastering, screeding, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, painting, ceilings, and other finishing works. • Supervise highway works including earthworks, grading, subgrade, compaction, sub-base, base course, asphalt, drainage, and kerbs. • Monitor road levels, slopes, layer thickness, alignment, and overall progress of highway construction activities. • Supervise civil works for data centers, including foundations, equipment bases, slabs, rooms, utility areas, and external works. • Coordinate with MEP, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire protection teams to resolve site interfaces and avoid delays. • Read and implement IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and construction schedules on site. • Organize and supervise daily work activities, ensuring proper sequence, productivity, and efficient use of resources. • Manage subcontractors, foremen, and site workers to maintain productivity, discipline, and construction progress. • Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and other site teams to resolve technical and construction issues. • Monitor daily and weekly progress and report delays, manpower requirements, material shortages, and site constraints. • Ensure proper coordination and execution of pre-pour, concrete, structural, finishing, and handover activities. • Identify defective or incomplete work and ensure timely correction before proceeding with subsequent activities. • Maintain daily site records, including progress reports, manpower, equipment, material requirements, and site instructions. • Coordinate snagging, punch-list clearance, completion activities, and final handover of civil works. • Enforce site safety requirements and ensure all construction activities are carried out safely and according to project HSE procedures.
