We are looking for an experienced and skilled South Indian Chef to join our restaurant team urgently.
👨🍳 Required Skills:
Strong experience in South Indian cuisine
Expert in making Dosa, Idli, Vada & Sambar
Knowledge of South Indian breakfast and related dishes
Ability to prepare and follow authentic South Indian recipes
Good knowledge of batter preparation, chutneys, sambar and masala
Maintain food quality, hygiene and consistency
Able to manage the kitchen section independently
Immediate joiners preferred
