Reinforcement steel and formwork inspection
Concrete works, casting and pre-pour inspections
Foundations, slabs, columns, beams and structural works
Excavation, backfilling, compaction and grading
Road, paving and infrastructure works
Waterproofing and architectural/finishing works
Review of IFC drawings and project specifications
Preparation and review of RFI/WIR, MIR, ITPs and checklists
NCR identification, corrective actions and closure
Material inspection and verification
Monitoring construction activities for compliance with approved drawings and specifications
Coordination with Construction, Engineering, QA/QC and Client/Consultant teams
Preparation of inspection reports and quality documentation
