Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and subcontractors.
Ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.
Coordinate civil, architectural, interior, and MEP works as required.
Monitor manpower, materials, work progress, and site requirements.
Prepare daily site updates, including progress, manpower, photos, and issues.
Review drawings and coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and project management.
Identify and resolve site issues and ensure proper execution of works.
Conduct quality checks and follow up on snagging and handover.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
Minimum 5 years of relevant site/construction experience.
Ability to read technical and construction drawings.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge preferred.
Bahrain driving license is an advantage.
