Experience: Minimum 2 years of event project execution experience in KSA
Age Limit: 25 to 35 years
Languages: Fluent in English (Required); Arabic, Malayalam, and Hindi (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and supervise the site team throughout installation and removal projects
2. Plan and organise on-site work to ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
3. Ensure quality of workmanship and correct setup as per the approved project requirements
4. Represent the company on-site and maintain professional communication with clients
5. Enforce safety standards, uniform, and proper handling practices among the team
6. Protect company assets and client property during transport, installation, and removal
7. Coordinate with the operations team and warehouse on project requirements and progress
8. Maintain project documentation, obtain client sign-off, and submit reports on completion
9. Train and guide team members to improve performance and work discipline
10. Support warehouse and general operations when no site project is assigned
The ideal candidate should have:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams in installation, fit-out, or event setup projects
2. Practical hands-on skills with installation tools and equipment
3. Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving ability under pressure
4. Good client-facing communication and professional conduct
5. Fluent in English (Required); Arabic, Malayalam, and Hindi (Preferred)
6. Physically fit, disciplined, and able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
7. Valid Saudi driving licence and transferable Iqama
