Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in manpower supply in Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian manpower supply and contracting market.
Established network and contacts with contractors, construction companies, oil & gas companies, industrial companies, and other potential clients.
Experience in generating new business opportunities and developing client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.
Valid Saudi Driving License is mandatory.
Valid and transferable Iqama is mandatory.
Candidates should be target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel for client visits and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for manpower supply services.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Visit clients and understand their manpower requirements.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Coordinate with the recruitment and operations teams to fulfill client manpower requirements.
Follow up with clients for new requirements, approvals, and business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Monitor market trends and identify potential clients and projects across Saudi Arabia.
