- Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with work permits before starting any job.
- Coordinate with Permit Issuer, Area Authority, and work crew to ensure all permit requirements are fulfilled.
- Verify JSA, risk assessment, method statement, and required safety precautions before work commencement.
- Ensure proper PPE, gas testing, isolation/LOTO, barricading, and other required controls are in place.
- Conduct toolbox talks and communicate permit conditions and hazards to the work team.
- Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco safety standards and approved work permits.
- Stop work immediately in case of unsafe conditions, permit violations, or changes in work scope.
- Maintain proper permit documentation and ensure permits are closed or suspended as required.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for safe execution of construction, maintenance, excavation, hot work, and other activities.
- Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with HSE procedures and Saudi Aramco requirements.
