Position: Contract Engineer
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Experience: Minimum 10 Years
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in industrial, EPC, construction, or plant projects.
Strong technical engineering background with a solid understanding of project execution.
Strong knowledge of commercial and financial aspects of contracts, including cost evaluation, payment terms, variations, claims, and financial impact.
Extensive experience in contract administration and contract management with clients, including direct coordination, negotiations, contractual correspondence, claims, variations, and commercial discussions.
Strong knowledge of variation orders, change management, claims, EOT, contractual correspondence, and dispute documentation.
Ability to review technical specifications, scope of work, BOQs, drawings, commercial terms, and contractual conditions.
Experience in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and service agreements.
Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, Finance, QA/QC, and Project Management teams.
Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in industrial projects in Jubail / Eastern Province will be highly preferred.
Candidates who are currently available in Saudi Arabia and can join immediately or on short notice will be given preference.
