Interface Coordinator

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field is preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in coordinating and processing Work Permits (PTW)
- Experience dealing with Marafiq, Aramco, and Royal Commission (RC) requirements and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of industrial PTW systems, Interface Management, and multi-contractor coordination.
- Experience coordinating between different disciplines, contractors, subcontractors and clients.
- Good understanding of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation interfaces.
- Experience handling interface issues, technical queries, RFIs, interface registers/matrices and coordination meetings.
- Previous experience in Yanbu or Jubail industrial areas is highly preferred.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Primavera P6 / MS Project experience is an advantage.
