Job Knowledge:
•Proven experience in managing MEP aspects of high-rise buildings and large villa
projects.
•In-depth knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, and maintenance best
practices.
•Lead the design, planning, and execution of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing,
fire protection) for large-scale commercial and residential construction projects.
•Manage and mentor a team of MEP engineers and technicians, ensuring high
performance and professional development.
•Develop detailed MEP designs, specifications, and cost estimates, ensuring compliance
with project requirements and relevant codes.
3. •Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring adherence to
design specifications and quality standards.
•Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions
during the construction phase.
•Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, project managers, and clients
to ensure integrated project delivery.
•Manage MEP subcontractors, ensuring timely and quality execution of their work.
•Review shop drawings, material submittals, and respond to technical queries.
•Ensure all MEP works comply with Bahraini building codes, safety standards, and
environmental regulations.
•Prepare progress reports and manage MEP project budgets and schedules effectively.
