Job Knowledge:
• Proficiency in developing and updating baseline schedules, Work Breakdown
Structures and master construction programs.
• Strong understanding of the Critical Path Method and resource loading/leveling
techniques.
• Ability to track actual site progress against the baseline schedule, identify variances,
and analyze delays.
• Experience in preparing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports for management
review.
• Solid technical understanding of construction workflows, sequencing, and execution
methodologies specifically for Villas and High-Rise Buildings.
• Familiarity with material procurement lead times, subcontractor pacing, and site
operational constraints.
• Basic understanding of earned value management (EVM), productivity rates, and cost
tracking to assess project health
• Familiarity with standard construction contract conditions (such as FIDIC) regarding
delays, extensions of time (EOT), and claims support.
