Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify/control hazards.
- Ensure proper PPE use and compliance with site safety requirements.
- Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks for workers and new employees.
- Monitor fit-out activities and ensure safe working practices.
- Report and investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Check work permits before high-risk activities, including hot work and work at height.
- Monitor fire safety, emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and first-aid facilities.
- Maintain good housekeeping and a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with supervisors and workers to resolve safety issues.
