Key Responsibilities
1. Review tender documents, contracts, drawings, specifications and BOQs to identify the scope of work and commercial risks;
2. Perform quantity checks, rate analysis and project cost estimation;
3. Review and compare subcontractor and material quotations, follow up on clarifications and recommend suitable pricing;
4. Prepare priced BOQs, commercial clarifications and other tender submissions.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field; the degree certificate must be verifiable and eligible for attestation;
2. At least 3 years of commercial or tendering experience, with the ability to independently price civil, architectural or fit-out works;
3. Proficient in Excel and PDF-based quantity take-off, with knowledge of BIM quantity extraction;
4. Middle East project experience is required; familiarity with local subcontractors and material markets is preferred;
5. Detail-oriented and responsible; candidates with a transferable Iqama are preferred.
