My core expertise includes SolidWorks, 3D CAD modeling, 2D-to-3D conversion, engineering drawing detailing, assembly design, GD&T, and design data validation. In my recent role, I have worked closely with software and AI development teams, providing CAD models, engineering data, drawing interpretation, and technical inputs to support product and AI model development.
Previously, I worked in automotive manufacturing quality, where I gained hands-on experience in CMM and dimensional inspection, PPAP, 8D problem solving, process capability studies, Gauge R&R, process audits, and IATF compliance. I also contributed to process improvement initiatives that reduced part leakage from 5% to 0.5%.
I hold a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and have additional professional training in automotive design covering CATIA, Creo, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, automotive plastics, sheet metal design, and wiring harness design.
