I have studio apartment fully furnished for sharing, Rent is 18000 SR by owner and I need 1 more person to share the rent which will be 9000 per year .
Room is very neat and clean and andalus metro station is on walkable distance.
The room is very spacious so if you have 2 person to join its fine we can divide the rent between 3 of us which will be 6000 per person per year .Need someone on immediate basis because 10th September is the contract renewal of the apartment.
