I have studio apartment fully furnished for sharing, Rent is 18000 SR by owner and I need 1 more person to share the rent which will be 9000 per year.
Room is very neat and clean and andalus metro station is on walkable distance.
The room is very spacious so if you have 2 person to join its fine we can divide the rent between 3 of us which will be 6000 per person per year .Need someone on immediate basis because 10th September is the contract renewal of the apartment.
