China Railway 18 Bureau is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager for our prestigious construction projects.
👌Position: Senior Construction Manager
👌Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 20+ years of overall construction experience.
At least 80% of total experience must be in High-Rise Building projects.
Proven experience in the construction of High-Rise Buildings is mandatory.
Strong experience in 4-Star and 5-Star Hotel projects is mandatory.
Candidates without the required High-Rise Building and 4/5-Star Hotel experience will NOT be considered.
Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
👌Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all construction activities from project commencement to completion.
Oversee the execution of high-rise building and luxury hotel projects.
Manage construction teams, subcontractors, engineers, and site personnel.
Ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
Monitor project progress and resolve construction-related issues.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and other stakeholders.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Monitor construction quality and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Prepare and submit construction progress reports to senior management.
Identify potential risks and implement effective solutions to avoid project delays.
