A certified Mechanical Engineer - MEP with a proven track record of leading high-value divisions and mega - projects, including specialized medical cities, High-rise towers in Residential & Commercial buildings, 5 star Hotel Tower project, Hospital and large-scale infrastructure. Expert in the full project lifecycle—from technical design and commercial strategy to financial oversight—specializing in complex MEP systems (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, and Electrical). Adept at optimizing manpower and controlling cost, time, and scope to deliver world-class residential and commercial developments.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Develop, implement, and maintain the project's Quality Control (QC) procedures and systems.
2.Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.
3.Manage and supervise the QC team and ensure effective implementation of quality requirements on site.
4.Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
5.Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and inspection requests.
6.Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
7.Identify quality issues and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
8.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project management teams regarding quality matters.
9.Review and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely closure.
10.Prepare and submit quality reports and performance updates to senior management.
11.Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of all quality records
12.Lead quality meetings and provide technical guidance to the QC team.
13.Support project handover by ensuring all quality requirements and documentation are completed.
