- Carry out site surveys and produce technical feasibility reports.
- Participate in technical reviews of requirements, designs, specifications, and codes.
- Ensure correct drawing procedures are followed.
- Ensure correct bill of quantities and specifications.
- Review project engineering documents, material selections, and shop drawings.
- Assist in the coordination between mechanical design and other disciplines.
- Coordinate HVAC works with electrical, civil, architectural, and other disciplines.
- Manage consultant and client technical reviews of deliverables.
- Prepare method statements, material submittals, and inspection requests.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve site technical issues.
- Attend technical meetings with consultants, clients, and contractors.
- Monitor HVAC installation works as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor site progress and submit regular progress reports to project management.
- Coordinate and follow up on testing, adjusting, balancing, and commissioning (TAB/T&C) of HVAC systems.
- Prepare and review as-built drawings and final project documents.
- Support project handover and ensure all mechanical works are completed as per project requirements.
