• 5+ years of experience in Civil Construction, Infrastructure & Fit-Out projects
• Skilled in QA/QC inspections, WIR & MIR preparation/handling, ITPs, Method Statements, RFIs and NCRs
• Experience in finishing and fit-out works, including tiles, stone, screed, paint, waterproofing and joinery
• BSc Civil Engineering – NUST
• IELTS: Band 7.0
• Open to relocation if required
• Transferable Iqama
• Available for interviews and immediate joining
Key Experience:
• QA/QC inspections and site supervision
• Building construction and structural works, including foundations, concrete works, blockwork, plastering and related civil activities
• WIR, MIR, RFI, NCR & SOR documentation
• ITP and Method Statement compliance
• Fit-out and finishing works: tiles, stone, screed, paint, waterproofing & joinery
• Drawing and specification review
• Snagging and de-snagging
• Coordination with consultants, contractors and site teams
• Previous experience in infrastructure and planning projects
