The role will focus on analyzing HVAC system performance, establishing energy baselines, monitoring operational data, and verifying savings from measures such as chiller optimization, HVAC controls, variable speed drives, AHU/FCU optimization, and equipment replacement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in HVAC, energy management, M&V, commissioning, or building energy performance.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and building mechanical services.
- Good understanding of chilled-water systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, VAVs, and HVAC controls.
- Experience working with BMS/BAS data and HVAC trend logs.
- Knowledge of IPMVP and HVAC energy-saving calculations.
- Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
- Good communication skills and positive attitude.
