Key Responsibilities
-Hair Cutting & Styling: Perform precision haircuts, layerings, trims, blow-outs, and styling for all hair types according to client preferences and current trends.
-Chemical & Treatment Services: Expertly apply hair treatments (keratin, protein, Botox, deep conditioning) and chemical processes (coloring, highlights, balayage, permanent straightening).
-Client Consultation: Conduct personalized consultations to analyze hair condition, recommend suitable treatments/styles, and suggest professional home-care products.
-Salon Maintenance: Ensure high standards of cleanliness, sterilization, and hygiene for all equipment and workstations in compliance with salon health guidelines.
-Customer Care: Build and maintain strong relationships with recurring clients by delivering a warm, professional, and high-quality salon experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
-Gender Requirement: Female (Strict requirement due to ladies-only environment).
-Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven professional hands-on experience as a Hair Stylist or Hair Expert in a reputable salon setting.
-Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in modern hair cutting techniques, advanced chemical treatments, color theory, and blow-dry styling.
-Certifications: Professional diploma, certificate, or formal training in cosmetology or hair design is highly desirable.
-Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, customer service orientation, and a strong sense of team collaboration.
-Product Knowledge: Familiarity with professional hair product brands and their application procedures.
