We are looking for an experienced and qualified Workshop Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in workshop management
✅ Strong experience in heavy equipment, vehicles, and machinery maintenance
✅ Proven experience in managing workshop operations and maintenance teams
✅ Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
✅ Experience in managing spare parts, tools, equipment, and workshop resources
✅ Ability to supervise technicians and ensure efficient workshop operations
✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✅ Good knowledge of HSE and workshop safety procedures
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills
✅ Saudi Arabia / GCC experience is preferred
