We are looking for an experienced Senior Fleet Maintenance Technician to take overall responsibility for the technical maintenance of our vehicles and equipment and lead the maintenance team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and AC-related issues
• Lead and supervise mechanics and helpers
• Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
• Identify faults, determine required repairs and ensure timely completion
• Supervise workshop and field maintenance activities
• Inspect and verify the quality of completed repairs
• Handle vehicle and equipment breakdowns
• Coordinate with external workshops for major/specialized repairs when required
• Monitor engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical, hydraulic and AC systems
• Maintain maintenance schedules, service records and repair history
• Monitor spare parts, tools and maintenance requirements
• Identify recurring technical problems and recommend solutions
• Minimize breakdowns and fleet downtime
• Ensure all vehicles and equipment remain safe, reliable and operational
REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma/technical qualification in Automobile, Automotive, Mechanical or related field
• Minimum 5 years of strong hands-on experience in fleet and equipment maintenance
• Comprehensive practical experience in cars, pickups, trucks, boom trucks, forklifts and other equipment is required
• Proven experience leading mechanics and helpers
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to independently assess technical issues and manage the required repairs
• Saudi/GCC experience preferred
• Transferable Iqama preferred
