A contracting company in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive specialized in Manpower Supply / Technical Manpower Services.
Preferred Nationality:
Indian (preferably from Kerala)
-- Key Responsibilities:--
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for manpower supply services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction firms, oil & gas companies,and industrial clients
- Visit clients, understand manpower requirements, and prepare quotations
- Follow up on proposals, approvals, and new business opportunities
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to fulfill manpower requests
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets
- Monitor market trends and identify potential clients and projects across Saudi Arabia
-- Job Requirements:--
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in manpower supply within Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi manpower and contracting market
- Established network with contractors, construction companies, oil & gas, and industrial sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑management skills
- Valid Saudi Driving License is mandatory
- Valid & transferable Iqama is mandatory
- Target‑oriented, self‑motivated, and willing to travel for client visits
