Assist workers and supervisors with assigned tasks.
Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
Prepare and clean work areas before and after work.
Assist with basic painting, construction, maintenance, or other operational activities as required.
Handle and organize tools and materials.
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
Follow all health and safety regulations and use appropriate PPE.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Helper or General Laborer is preferred.
Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
Willingness to work in industrial, construction, or project-site environments.
