**Key Responsibilities:**
- Study and analyze tenders, BOQs, project requirements, and prepare cost estimates and quotations\.
- Supervise and manage the execution of infrastructure projects\.
- Coordinate and communicate with **municipalities and government authorities**\.
- Manage telecommunications, electrical, utility, and underground infrastructure works\.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams\.
- Monitor project quality, schedules, costs, and progress\.
- Prepare project reports and technical documentation\.
- Support business development and secure new infrastructure projects\.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field\.
- Good experience in contracting and infrastructure projects\.
- Strong experience in **tendering, pricing, and project execution**\.
- Experience dealing with **municipalities and government authorities**\.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills\.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility\.
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred\.
- **Arabic\-speaking candidates are preferred\.**
