Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across both wholesale distribution and retail store branches.
Manage inventory control, warehousing, stock distribution, and supply chain logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Supervise store operations, branch performance, and customer service standards.
Implement efficient standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reduce overhead costs and maximize productivity.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and administrative teams to align operational goals with business targets.
Monitor sales data, operational metrics, and stock movement to forecast demand and prevent stockouts.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate warehouse and branch staff to maintain high performance and accountability.
Requirements:
Proven professional experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role within the wholesale and retail sectors.
Strong background in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and multi-branch retail operations.
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
Location requirement: Must currently reside in Jeddah and be available for an in-person interview at our Jeddah office. (Note: Only applicants currently located in Jeddah will be considered.)
