Branch Manager – Retail & Wholesale Operations (Odoo ERP)

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Branch Manager to lead our retail and wholesale branch operations in Jeddah. In this capacity, you will oversee day-to-day branch activities, drive sales targets, manage on-site inventory, and serve as the primary operational user of our Odoo ERP system to streamline transactions, stock tracking, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall branch performance, daily retail/wholesale transactions, and customer service excellence.
Utilize Odoo ERP daily for inventory management, stock transfers, point of sale (POS) operations, sales invoicing, and purchase orders.
Monitor stock levels across the branch warehouse and sales floor, ensuring accurate cycle counts and reconciling inventory discrepancies within Odoo.
Generate and analyze regular sales, inventory turnover, and financial reports using Odoo dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with the central procurement and logistics teams to manage incoming shipments and fulfill wholesale client orders efficiently.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or Assistant Manager within the wholesale and retail industries.
Hands-on working experience and proficiency with Odoo ERP (specifically Sales, Inventory, Purchase, and POS modules).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and financial metrics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
