Cashier – Retail & Wholesale Branch (Odoo POS)

We are looking for an attentive and detail-oriented Cashier to manage daily sales transactions, customer checkouts, and basic point-of-sale operations at our Jeddah branch. In this role, you will handle cash and digital payments, process invoices accurately, and utilize Odoo POS (or a similar retail software) to manage daily counter operations and reconcile daily sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and process retail and wholesale sales transactions accurately using Odoo POS.
Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and digital transactions while maintaining an accurate cash drawer.
Issue receipts, process returns, exchanges, and store credit in accordance with company policies.
Reconcile cash registers, verify daily sales totals, and prepare daily financial handover reports.
Assist customers with pricing checks, product inquiries, and general counter service.
Collaborate with floor staff and branch management to monitor fast-moving stock and maintain a clean, organized checkout area.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Cashier, Retail Sales Associate, or similar front-counter role.
Mandatory experience operating Odoo POS or a comparable retail point-of-sale software system.
Strong basic math skills and high attention to detail for handling cash transactions.
Professional communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
Location requirement: Must currently reside in Jeddah and be available for an in-person interview at our Jeddah office. (Note: Only applicants currently located in Jeddah will be considered.)
