Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain the e com / online portal, sourcing if required.
• Create Content and shots and photography of products and update the portal.
• Generate the leads and attract the customers to the sites
• Listing Products on social media/ WhatsApp Groups/ Instagram/ Facebook etc.
• Reply to customer messages and inquiries on social media.
• Help customers with product details (price, availability, warranty/delivery)
• Follow up with leads generation and guide customers to purchase
• Support sales by handling objections and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Friendly communication skills and ability to respond fast
• Strong in communications and sales Lead generation skills
• Strong customer service attitude
• Organized follow-up and problem-solving skills
• Basic sales/customer handling knowledge
• Willingness to work hard on daily and to follow up the lead activity.
