**Job Responsibilities:**
* Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
* Prepare vegetables, meat, seafood, sauces, and other ingredients as required.
* Follow recipes, portion sizes, and kitchen standards.
* Assist with cooking and plating under the supervision of senior chefs.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment and work areas.
* Store food ingredients properly and follow food safety procedures.
* Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
* Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Kitchen Assistant is preferred.
* Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
* Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
* Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
* Hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.
* Good teamwork and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
