We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience managing heavy transport fleets (30+ trailers). The ideal candidate must possess deep technical expertise in fleet maintenance, diesel engines, and spare parts management, combined with a strong track record in sales, client acquisition, and fleet utilization in the Saudi or GCC market.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy transport fleet management (30+ trailers).
- Deep technical knowledge of diesel engines, preventive maintenance schedules, and spare parts management.
- Proven track record in B2B logistics sales, customer acquisition, and 3rd party trailer leasing.
- In-depth understanding of the Saudi / GCC heavy transport market.
