Minimum Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
A recognized HSE qualification/certification such as:
NEBOSH IGC – preferably mandatory
IOSH Managing Safely – desirable
OSHA certification – desirable
ISO 45001 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor – desirable
ISO 14001 – desirable for environmental responsibilities
Professional Experience
Minimum 7–10 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in:
Oil & Gas
Petrochemical
Industrial Maintenance
Shutdown / Turnaround projects
Construction or heavy industrial operations
At least 3–5 years in a supervisory/team-lead capacity.
Experience leading and coordinating HSE Officers/Safety Supervisors/Inspectors.

Experience working in Saudi Arabia, preferably with major Oil & Gas / Petrochemical clients such as SABIC, Aramco, or other major industrial clients, will be highly preferred.
