Experienced Mechanical Engineer (PhD) with 6+ years of experience across EPC execution, plant mechanical engineering, construction surveillance, and commissioning support in Saudi Arabia's oil & gas, desalination, maritime, power, and industrial sectors. Strong understanding of Saudi Aramco standards, SAES specifications, and international mechanical codes, with proven ability to work across piping, static/rotating equipment, HVAC, and utility systems.

Risk assessment, HSE/PTW compliance, and construction surveillance across execution phases.
Close coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to secure timely inspection approvals.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco inspection procedures and Aconex-based document control.
ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certified.
Experienced within China-managed EPC contractor environments (SEPCO), with fluent Mandarin — a direct advantage liaising with Chinese EPC management, design institutes, and QA/QC teams.
PhD-level research background in energy systems, renewable energy, and AI/ML-based predictive analytics — added value for organizations moving toward solar, hybrid energy, or digitalized maintenance initiatives.
