Digital Hotelier Solutions LLC is a Dubai-based hospitality technology startup founded in 2022 that empowers
hotels with digital platforms to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations. Leveraging innovative
tech for service automation, the company drives digital transformation across the hospitality sector.
I am currently working here since November 2024 in the Finance department, looking after the below key
tasks:
Manage end-to-end accounts cycle, including but not limited to
o Issuing invoices, credit notes, and statements of account to customers
o Vendor payments, SOA reconciliations with our accounting record to ensure completeness
o Data entry for the daily transactions.
o Performing Bank Reconciliation at each month-end to ensure accuracy
Preparing financial statements as per the IFRS and coordinating with the auditors for the annual
statutory audits.
Addressing customers/ hotels’ query on invoices and other financial matters
Maintain and monitor accounts receivable/payable, ensuring timely settlements and minimizing
outstanding balances.
Assist management with internal audits, financial report preparation, and analysis for decision-
making.
Maintain and update accounting systems to ensure operational efficiency, transparency, and
regulatory compliance.
Support Month-end close process and analyze the P&L, and balance sheet trends, variance analysis
between actual results and Budgets and presenting insights to management to support strategic
planning.
Maintain fixed asset registers, calculate depreciation, and post accurate journal entries to the general
ledger.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and implement accounting
software enhancements.
Develop automated reporting templates and dashboards to reduce manual errors and streamline
financial reporting.
