* Carry out site surveys and produce technical feasibility reports.
* Participate in technical reviews of requirements, designs, specifications, and codes.
* Ensure correct drawing procedures are followed.
* Ensure correct bill of quantities and specifications.
* Review project engineering documents, material selections, and shop drawings.
* Assist in the coordination between mechanical design and other disciplines.
* Coordinate HVAC works with electrical, civil, architectural, and other disciplines.
* Manage consultant and client technical reviews of deliverables.
* Prepare method statements, material submittals, and inspection requests.
* Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve site technical issues.
* Attend technical meetings with consultants, clients, and contractors.
* Monitor HVAC installation works as per approved drawings and project specifications.
* Monitor site progress and submit regular progress reports to project management.
* Coordinate and follow up on testing, adjusting, balancing, and commissioning (TAB/T&C) of HVAC systems.
* Prepare and review as-built drawings and final project documents.
* Support project handover and ensure all mechanical works are completed as per project requirements.
