Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain sales, purchase, expenses, petty cash and supplier records.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and financial reports.
Handle supplier quotations, purchase orders and procurement.
Source and negotiate with suppliers for food, beverages, packaging and restaurant requirements.
Monitor inventory, stock purchases and supplier balances.
Coordinate with management regarding purchasing and cost control.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial and purchase records.
Requirements
✅ Previous experience in restaurant/F&B accounting and purchasing preferred.
✅ Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
✅ Good communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
✅ Must be willing to work in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC).
✅ Transferable Iqama preferred.
✅ Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
