Work Permit Receiver (Aramco Approved)

We are hiring a Work Permit Receiver to join an Aramco-approved project site. The candidate must be Aramco Approved and hold a valid Aramco Work Permit Receiver Card, ensuring full compliance with Aramco's safety and permitting procedures prior to commencing any field activities.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, review, and process work permits (Safe Work Permits, Excavation, Confined Space, Hot Work, etc.) as per Aramco standards.
Coordinate with Aramco Permit Issuers and site supervisors before job execution.
Ensure all safety precautions and isolation requirements stated in the permit are implemented on site.
Conduct toolbox talks and verify PPE/safety compliance for the crew.
Maintain accurate permit documentation and closure records.
Liaise with HSE team to ensure adherence to Aramco's General Safety Instructions.
Requirements
Must be Aramco Approved with a valid Aramco Work Permit Receiver Card (mandatory).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within Aramco or Saudi Aramco-approved contractor projects.
Strong knowledge of Aramco Safety Manuals & Permit to Work (PTW) system.
Good command of English (spoken & written).
