Rapco Groups Construction is looking for an experienced and qualified Project Manager to join our team for a Saudi Aramco Project in the Eastern Region.

Basic Salary: SAR 7,000 – 7,500

📋 Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and supervise project activities from start to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards.
Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Monitor daily progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements, project specifications, HSE standards, and applicable regulations.
Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, and site documentation.
Identify project risks, delays, and issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Coordinate with management and the client to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain effective communication and provide regular updates to management.
✅ Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Saudi Aramco projects.
Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of construction/project execution procedures.
Ability to manage multiple teams and meet project deadlines.
Candidates with relevant Saudi Aramco project experience will be highly preferred.
