Position
Female Caregiver – Full-Time
Five Candles Home Healthcare Center is seeking qualified and compassionate Female Caregivers to join our team on a full-time basis and provide professional care and support services to patients and elderly individuals in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Indian or Sri Lankan nationality only.
- Currently residing in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- Must hold a recognized Caregiver Certificate, Healthcare Assistant Certificate, Nursing Assistant Certificate, or other relevant healthcare qualification.
- Previous experience in caregiving, elderly care, patient care, or home healthcare is preferred.
- Must be available to work on a full-time basis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, responsible, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans and instructions.
- Ability to professionally and respectfully care for elderly individuals, dependent patients, and patients requiring daily assistance.
- Commitment to patient safety, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional caregiving and personal support services to patients in their homes.
- Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care as required.
- Provide appropriate care and support for elderly and dependent individuals.
- Assist with mobility, walking, positioning, and other daily activities when required.
- Monitor patients' general condition and report any changes to the responsible nurse or healthcare team.
- Assist patients in maintaining personal hygiene and comfort.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients when appropriate.
- Follow established care plans and instructions from the healthcare team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Maintain patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
- Comply with the policies and procedures of Five Candles Home Healthcare Center and applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
