Requirements:
Valid Iqama is mandatory.
Valid Ajeer is mandatory.
Arabic-speaking is required.
Strong experience in civil construction works.
Must have hands-on knowledge and supervision experience in:
Block Work
Plaster Work
Gypsum Board Work
Painting Work
Ability to supervise workers, manage daily site activities, and ensure quality and timely completion.
Good communication and site-management skills.
Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
