📌 Tasks and Responsibilities
Supervising daily activities on site and ensuring adherence to project plans.
Monitoring the progress of the work and ensuring that it conforms to the approved schedule.
Preparing daily and weekly reports for the site.
Coordination with consultants, contractors and government agencies.
Ensuring compliance with quality standards (QC) and safety regulations (HSE).
Review and approve the materials used on the site.
Solving technical problems and supporting on-site decision-making.
📌 Technical skills
Strong ability to read architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical (MEP) drawings.
Proficiency in using engineering software such as:
AutoCAD
MS Project or Primavera
Advanced Excel
A good understanding of Saudi building codes and standards.
📌 Personal Skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong ability to solve problems and make decisions.
The ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
Teamwork and leadership skills.
📌 Additional requirements
A valid driver's license.
Prepared to work in various locations within the Kingdom.
Knowledge of safety procedures and site risk management
