* Male
* Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia preferred
* Experienced in Saudi/Gulf cuisine
* Must know Arabic dishes such as Kabsa, Madghout, Mandi, Shawaya etc.
* Good knowledge of Arabic/Gulf salads and traditional dishes
* Clean, hygienic, organized and professional
* Previous experience as a private/home cook is preferred
