• Conducting regular food safety and hygiene inspections across kitchens, food preparation areas, storage facilities, and dining areas.
• Monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
• Verifying HACCP plans, critical control points, monitoring records, and corrective actions.
• Ensuring compliance with SFDA, municipality, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Delivering training on food safety, personal hygiene, sanitation, and safe food-handling practices.
• Identifying food safety risks and investigating incidents and non-conformities.
• Developing and following up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to ensure effective closure.
• Reviewing supplier documentation, certifications, and product specifications.
• Verifying that incoming food products meet quality and food safety standards.
• Maintaining accurate inspection, audit, training, and compliance records.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across restaurant and food-service operations.
I hold a HACCP Level 4 certification and a Food Safety Level 4 certification, along with hands-on experience in ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, GMP, CAPA, and regulatory auditing. I would welcome the opportunity to bring this experience to your team.
