Job Purpose:
Works closely with the CEO & CFO to ensure effective financial support for Group for achieving the best practices of financial strategic goals.

Performance Focus (or Strategic Importance for Managers & above):
• Adopting Financial Management Strategies that creating profit for the business.
• Creating annual financial & budget plan that focuses on long-term gain.
• Identify and quantify available and potential resources.
• Build strong relationships with third parties.
• Control day-to-day financial operations.
• Advise the top management to minimize financial risks.
• Control credit facilities and asset value.

Key Relationships:
• Internal Relationships (excluding reporting line)
• All Departments & subsidiaries companies

External relationships
• General Authority of Zakat & Tax (GAZT)
• The Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF)
• Local & International Banks
• Existing & Prospective Clients

Job Authorities, Supervision/Team size & Dimensions: (Expenditure/Hiring authorities, total budget resp., no. of emp’s etc.)
• Manage all group Finance & Accounting team
• Approving the Annual Budget Plan over all the group
• Controlling and approving annual & monthly cash flow
• Establishing and implementing Financial Strategies
1. Oversee and monitor the day-to-day Finance & Accounting operations within the company, and making sure that the transactions are correct and under control.
2. Contract with third parties for Zakat preparation, auditing, banking statements, investments, SIDF, and other financial needs, as necessary.
3. Contract with local & International banks for bank facilities.
4. Tracking the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
5. Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
6. Identify, analyze, and mitigate uncertainty in investment decisions.
7. Evaluate the potential for financial exposure; examine capital expenditures (CapEx) and workplace policies.
8. Employ risk metrics such as standard deviation, and value-at-risk (VaR) strategies.
9. Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance.
1. Seek out methods for minimizing financial & fraud risk to the company.
2. Avoidance of fraud by implementing effective control measures and ensuring the adherences to policies & procedures.
3. Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures in compliance with regulations and legislation and IFRS.
4. Inventory analysis, control and reporting.
5. Controlling income, cash flow, expenditure, and preparing projection cash flow statements.
6. Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure.
7. To maintain accounting control system to safeguard assets (Fixed Assets Management) of the company and to continuously review and analyze accounting data and provide analytical reports the management requires from time to time.
8. Research and implement the best practices in terms of Credit Risk Management, Goodwill Assessment, Financial Risk Management, Treasury Management, and Financial Statement Consolidation.
9. Developing Financial Strategies that works to minimize the financial risk.
10. Adopting and implementing the best financial models related to budgeting, account payable, account receivable, expenses etc.
11. Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports to present them to board members, stakeholders, and executives in formal meetings.
12. Reporting to top the management, and providing advices about the future business decisions might be impacted based on the market situation.
13. Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
14. Work closely with IT, HR, and Procurement teams to implement the ERP system.
15. Review of letter of credits and bank guarantees terms, liaison with banks and clients.
16. Help the company function with financial efficiency, and reduced waste.
17. Identify areas that incur the most operating costs, or exceed the budgeted cost.
18. To analyze and report on areas where costs can be optimized.
19. Ensure sufficient liquidity to cover operating expenses without tapping external resources.
20. Uncover areas where a firm may invest earnings to achieve goals more effectively.
21. Track and analyze variance—that is, differences between budgeted and actual results.
22. Identify problems and take appropriate corrective actions

Education Level Required:
Master's Degree in Finance
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounts
