We are looking for an experienced **Façade Cleaning Manager** in **Saudi Arabia**.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in façade cleaning operations
* Strong team management and supervision skills
* Experience with façade cleaning equipment and methods
* Knowledge of HSE and working-at-height safety procedures
* Good communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage manpower and site operations
* Saudi/GCC experience preferred
* Valid Iqama preferred
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage daily façade cleaning operations
* Supervise and allocate manpower
* Monitor work quality and productivity
* Coordinate with clients and site management
* Ensure safety and proper use of equipment
* Prepare daily progress reports
* Handle site issues and provide solutions
