JOB PURPOSE:
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to supervise and coordinate manpower deployed at client sites, ensuring proper employee deployment, attendance, discipline, productivity, and compliance with company and client requirements.
This role acts as the main operational link between management, employees, transportation/accommodation teams, and the client.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise and monitor employees across project sites.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, absenteeism, and discipline.
• Coordinate employee replacements, transfers, and new deployments.
• Maintain manpower levels according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with client representatives and conduct regular site visits.
• Monitor employee performance and compliance with site rules and safety requirements.
• Verify attendance and timesheets and follow up on discrepancies.
• Maintain project records and employee deployment lists.
• Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Transportation, Accommodation, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Travel between project sites when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in manpower supply, facilities management, contracting, or site operations.
• Experience supervising employees across multiple sites is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and travel between project sites.
• Arabic Nationality Only.
• Candidate must be resident in Saudi Arabia.
• Valid Saudi Iqama is required.
