JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Review of Method Statement submitted by Contractor and Sub-contractors.
 Review of RFI documentation submitted by Contractor and Sub-contractors.
 Conduct surveillance and unannounced visits to construction sites.
 Issuance of Proactive Notifications, General Comments, Focused Assessment and Logbook Entry (LBE).
 Responsible for punch lists comments during PMCC.
 Implementing standards and procedures.
 Review of related documents such as IFC drawings, certificates, specifications, and procedures.
 Verification of IFC drawings such as ISS, ILD, P&ID, Hook-up Drawing, Cable Schedule, and Termination Schedule.
 Actively conducting internal inspections at construction site based on RFI submitted by the construction.
 Constantly conducting surveillance inspections at construction sites.
 Maintaining and controlling the flow of works and procedures as per ITP (Inspection and Test Plan).
 Checking the works as per standard, procedures, and project specifications.
 Responsible for defining and documenting inspection activities.
 Responsible for issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to those activities who violate the standards, procedures, and non-compliance of the quality requirements.
 Checks the validity of test equipments to be used during calibration, cable testing and leak testing.
 Responsible for preparation and monitoring of Loop Folders.
 Conduct material receiving inspections and review of material’s supporting documents for instrumentation scope of materials prior for site acceptance.
 Witness instrument calibration activities for both in-house and field calibration.
 Preparation of calibration reports or certificates of calibrated transmitters, control valves, MOV, gauges, temperature elements, etc.
 Inspection of instrument support / stanchion installation as per P&ID, IPL, and Hook-up.
 Inspection of cable raceways such as conduits, cable trays, cable trenches and duct-banks prior pulling.
 Witness cable laying and cable pulling activities.
 Witness cable glanding, cable dressing and termination as per interconnection diagram.
 Witness cable continuity and insulation resistance testing.
 Preparation of test results after cable testing (continuity and IR test)
 Inspection of instrument airline and impulse tubing installation as per P&ID and Hook-up drawing.
 Witness instrument airline and impulse tubing leak testing.
 Preparation of test reports for leak testing of impulse tubing and instrument airline.
 Witness valve stroking and calibration for control valves, MOV, on-off valves etc.
 Witness third party valve testing, popping test and calibration of PZV (Pressure Safety Valves).
 Inspection of control valve installation for correct orientation and accessibility.
 Final checking and verification of instrument installation according to all related IFC drawings such as IPL, P&ID, ILD, Hook-up drawing, ISS and Termination drawing for completeness and readiness of Loop prior for loop checking.
 Witness final loop checking activities for completed loops from CCR/PIB/Console to field instruments during pre-commissioning works.
 Preparation of Loop Check records and test results.
 Issuing and monitoring of Loop Test punch lists being generated during final loop checking
